There are several levels of training and help to assist you while you are learining the program, or you need refresher training, or when you are actually entering client data or reviewing the reports:

  1. TUTORIAL

    There is a one hour tutorial that goes over all aspects of the home page and demonstrates actually entering a client. It also goes over how to do alternate "What-If" scenarios and how to analyze the report information. You can watch the video at your convenience and should be able to start using the program immediately. If you have not used the program for awhile, you can also go back to this video as a refresher and fast forward to the parts you need to revisit.

  2. VIDEO HELP CLIPS

    There is a library of short, 1-3 minute, video clips that are accessible from inside the program on the data entry screens. That way, as you are actually entering a client, you can quickly go to the library, which is organized in the same order as you enter client data, and come right back and continue entering client information. The clips are in You Tube format and will be small when you open them. There is a small square in the bottom right corner of each video with outward pointing arrows, that will allow you to enlage them to full screen for easier viewing. At the end of the video, just use the Escape button on your keyboard to close the video and return to the library.

  3. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

    There is also a library of Frequently Asked Questions that is organized in the same order as the video clips. These address special situations you might encounter that may not be covered int he video clips. They have come from questions that users of the program have asked us from time to time.

  4. CONTACT US MENU ITEM

    You can open the "Contact Us" menu item on the Home page and send us an e-mail. We will normally answer right away or within a few hours but not longer than 24 hours.

  5. TOLL FREE HELP LINE

    You can call our toll free help line by dialing 888-909-9970. Much of the time, we will answer immediately. If we are with our own clients and not immediately available, we are constantly checking for messages and will call you back as soon as we can, usually no longer that an hour or two. The advantage is you will be helped by active, knowlegeable advisors who are using the program every day in their own business. It's also OK to call the number on nights and weekends if that is when you are workiing with the program. We will answer immediately, if we can, or call you back soon.

If you get stuck on how to enter certain client information or if the report results were not what you expected and wanted to display, please call the toll free number. We can set up a GoToMeeting Session on the spot and make you the presenter so we can see your screen. It should only take a few minutes to resolve your problem and get you back on track. As you can see, we will do anything we can to help you begin and continue using the program as an important tool in the services you provide to your clients.
